Mr. Campbell studied engineering at Tulane University, attaining a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Engineering, before earning a law degree from Loyola University of New Orleans.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Campbell was a law clerk in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans.

He has been practicing law since 1983.
